We stayed in the Castle Arms Hotel
as we were going to a wedding in Castle Durrow nearby and it is a perfect location for same as short walk up the drive.
We arrived down at 12.30, got a warm welcome, and room was ready which was great as we needed to change for the 2pm wedding.

Great size room with double and single bed and lots of room to walk around. Breakfast the following morning was very nice, good choice, and plenty of food. We had a nice chat with the staff before we left.
We stayed in the " Castle Arms Hotel " in Durrow for one night on 11th of May. We were all attending a wedding in "Durrow Castle" which is just a short walk away. When we arrive at the " Castle Arms" we were greeted as if we were family returning home. The room we were in was large, clean and very pleasant, it was street facing, but was very quiet. The next morning Mr. Murphy was there to greet us when we came down for Irish breakfasts that were fit for a king. If you visit Ireland and don't pop in to the "Castle Arms Hotel " you will miss out on some of the greatest hospitality in Ireland.

We booked into the Castle Arms Hotel for one nights B&B as we had a birthday party just down the road. From the moment I made the call to reserve a room I just knew this was going to be a good experience. We had a great meal as part of a Valentines special deal and the quantity along with quality of the food was fantastic. We were upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite which had a four poster bed along with beautiful furniture. Breakfast the next morning was so tasty. We will be back so thank you to Sean, Andrea and Mairead for making our Valentines night stay just perfect. Compliments to the chef.
"My Dad always referred to the Castle Arms Hotel, as the Steakhouse of the Midlands, so I was compelled to drop in when passing by recently! Obviously I opted for the 10 oz steak, and I wasn't disappointed."
